Freemasons help in restoration of local park

Lyn Grant , Chair of the Appeal can be seen being pushed by Bryan Redshaw on the swing bought by the Masons

Following the burning down by vandals, an appeal was launch to restore the Fangfoss Jubilee Play-Park near Pocklington.

Local Freemasons felt it was a very worthwhile project and following a donation from St Saviour Lodge of Installed Masters, a successful petition was made to the Freemasons Charity of Yorkshire North and East Riding.

These monies went a long way towards helping the Appeal reach its target

The official opening was held on Bank Holiday Monday 7th May and IPM of St Saviour Lodge, Bryan Redshaw was asked to assist with the Ribbon Cutting.
